By visiting, browsing, uploading images to, or copying code snippets from our platform, you signify your agreement to these terms. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you should refrain from utilizing our services.

Font Finder AI operates as an analytical matching directory and informational discovery hub. Understanding font rights is vital:

• Proprietary & Commercial Typefaces: Typeface names such as Helvetica®, Futura®, Circular®, Avenir®, Proxima Nova®, and others referenced in our database are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective type foundries (e.g., Linotype, Monotype, Mark Simonson Studio, Lineto). Font Finder AI does not host, distribute, license, or sell pirated or unauthorized copies of proprietary font binaries.
• Open-Source "Free Twins": Whenever an optical match is determined, we recommend legitimate, independently designed open-source equivalents governed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL) or Apache 2.0 License. You are solely responsible for reviewing the specific upstream license file before incorporating any font into commercial projects.
• Site Content & Code: All software code, user interface designs, visual layouts, and curation algorithms on fontfinderai.hardikautomation.cloud are the exclusive intellectual property of Font Finder AI.

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use Font Finder AI for legitimate personal, educational, and commercial design workflows. However, you explicitly agree not to:

• Engage in aggressive automated scraping, bot crawling, or programmatic extraction that overwhelms our infrastructure or degrades service for others.
• Attempt denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, exploit security vulnerabilities, or bypass rate-limiting controls on our API endpoints.
• Upload illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringing image materials into the canvas detector.
• Reverse-engineer or re-brand our proprietary optical matching models as a paid white-label service without express written authorization.

Font Finder AI and its associated optical analysis utilities are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

While our matching engine utilizes advanced stroke analysis and OCR algorithms, we do not warrant that results will be 100% error-free, uninterrupted, or that an optical match represents an exact legal twin for your technical requirements. Always verify character glyph sets (accents, ligatures, Cyrillic/Greek coverage) directly on Google Fonts or Fontshare before production deployment.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Font Finder AI, its developers, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any typographic discrepancies, font rendering bugs, or production errors in third-party software.
• Any intellectual property or licensing disputes arising between you and third-party commercial font foundries.
• Temporary service downtime, network failures, or edge CDN unavailability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Font Finder AI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these terms.
